At the Carlsberg Research Laboratory in Copenhagen, Birgitte Skadhauge and her team will use Microsoft AI in their pursuit of brewing better beer. By analyzing hundreds of beer samples with artificial intelligence, they will be able to detect new flavors in beers and rapidly speed up the time it takes to develop new beverages.
