In-house power generation systems of companies involve the challenges of creating efficient mechanisms for future operation and maintenance of the equipment and operating power plants. These challenges are overcome by Hitachi’s energy solutions using Lumada. Here, we will introduce the Gas Turbine High Temp. Parts Management Platform. We will deliver this platform to TOA Oil. By this platform, we can centrally manage diverse data regarding TOA Oil’s operation and O&M of gas turbines in a cloud database, and it allows related people to share data on the platform and then making it possible to target the long-term optimization of O&M, in addition to checking the condition daily. Using IoT, Hitachi will provide energy solutions for improving the efficiency of O&M and management, which are tailored to the customer’s needs.
