FCC resorts to the usual malarkey defending itself against Mozilla lawsuit

Mozilla filed a lawsuit in August alleging the FCC had unlawfully overturned 2015's net neutrality rules, by among other things "fundamentally mischaracteriz[ing] how internet access works."
